The roadmap recommends completing the story while collecting all 102 collectibles:

There are no online trophies, and difficulty does not affect trophies. The roadmap states that the lowest difficulty, “The Man,” can be used, and that you cannot be knocked out on this setting.
After the story, Mission Select remains available from the title screen through “Nightmare Cabin.” Interact with the bed in the cabin to replay missions. Collectibles carry over during mission replay.

After the story, finding all 14 Nightmare Doors and earning at least a Bronze rating in each causes the hidden 15th trial, “Best There Is,” to appear in Nightmare Cabin. Earning at least Bronze in that trial opens the cabin, after which following the scent trail unlocks Repressed Memories.
